Role: Software Engineer 2 / Senior Jira Developer

Skills: Atlassian (Cloud) , (Jira, JSM & Confluence)

Job Location: Bangalore

Working Hours: 11 AM to 8 PM (Flexible)

Mode of Work: Hybrid

Technical Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in working on Atlassian Products (Jira/Confluence/ JSM)
• Experience on working with Cloud version of Jira/Confluence
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science

Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage Jira, Service Desk and Confluence projects
• Create complex project workflows, field configurations, screen schemes, permission schemes, security schemes and notification schemes
• Experience on Automation for Jira, Script Runner, Jira Misc Workflows, Structure and eazyBI plugins
• Good knowledge on JQLs, filters, Kanban/Scrum boards
• Monitor plugin usage and take required actions
• Good knowledge on Jira REST APIs
• Support different teams with required Jira dashboards and reports
• Troubleshoot and fix Jira/Confluence issues raised by users.
